I've noticed that this article reads "East Anglians" a few times instead of "East Saxons":
Bede's portrayal of the king owes much to his interest in the conversion of the East Anglians.
On Sigeberht's request, Oswiu dispatched missionaries to evangelise the East Anglians.
it was in Sigeberht's reign that a systematic (re-)conversion of the East Anglians took root.
Plus
Shouldn't "(re-)conversion" be "reconversion"?
"reconvert" - verb - convert back to a former state (Oxford Concise)
