B class review
[edit]B class. This sentence is confusing. I think you meant to say that 33 of Pompey's soldiers were lost because they joined Caesar. But it could also be read as Caesar lost 33 cohorts. So I rewrote it. Background: "Ahenobarbus had disobeyed Pompey's orders to rendezvous with him in Apulia where he was amassing his own forces, and as a result 33 cohorts were lost to Caesar at Corfinium." MY REWRITE: and as a result 33 of Pompey's cohorts defected to Caesar at Corfinium. Djmaschek (talk) 04:47, 6 December 2020 (UTC)
- Changed "defected" to "surrendered" in the edited sentence. Djmaschek (talk) 04:51, 6 December 2020 (UTC)
