A wikipedia editor has added a mention that there are no references in the article. As the author, I want to underline that the article will be improved in the next days, essentially translated from the French version. At the end of the article, there will be a list of books written by Rabbi Sidi Fredj Halimi and his father. The introductions of a few of these books are the main references to the article content. That's absolutely fine; there's no rush here. Maintenance tags are meant to alert other editors so that if they have references, they can add something; it doesn't mean that you've done anything wrong. Since this is not a biography of a living person, there's no hurry here, and as soon as you add a reference you can remove the tag. Don't panic; a discussion will now take place over on Commons about whether to remove the file. This gives you an opportunity to contest the deletion, although please review Commons guidelines before doing so.
If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
