Error!
[edit]The previous message in this space spontaniously disappeared! It was not intentional on my part. I signed in, was typing in a new message, the page froze and blanked and saved. I've never seen this before with my PC or keyboard (if they are at fault). Previous author: If you can resurrect the message, do so as mine was not nearly as important. My sincere apologies to you. Where the Wild Things Are... connection?
[edit]The similarities of the Krofft's oversized living puppets in new (2009) film "Where The Wild Things Are" is impossible to miss. The plot also reflects many of the Krofft mechanics. I hope someone more knowledgeable will follow this up. Jopower (talk) 13:38, 7 March 2011 (UTC)
- You should do a bit of research before posting. Where the Wild Things Are is a Maurice Sendak book from 1963. If anyone is copying, it's the Kroffts. WilliamSommerwerck (talk) 14:48, 17 March 2012 (UTC)
Birth
[edit]IMDB claims that Sid Krofft was born in Athens, Greece and that their birth names are Cydus and Moshopoulos Yolas. Any truth to this? — User:ACupOfCoffee@ 02:04, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
- Okay, I now see that we have that on their individual pages. What's the point of having individual pages for them and a page for the two of them? Would this page be better as one strictly about their creative endeavors? — User:ACupOfCoffee@ 02:11, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
