Copyright violation
[edit]I'm removing stupid information from Random House, for which the data needs to be paraphrased or excerpts cited. Deborah-jl Talk 03:50, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
- and i have removed the info from this talk page, as its still technically a copyright violation to have it posted here. the material is now externally linked in his article, if anyone wants to add relevant material.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 18:25, 14 August 2010 (UTC)

(Paul Fleischman offers and asks)
[edit]After my father, Sid Fleischman, died, I realized how skimpy his Wikipedia entry was. I expanded the list of his published works from six to the full 75+. I then expanded his biography (uploaded by my assistant on 15 May 2011), only to have it taken down a few days later. Does someone have a legitimate problem with it? If not, I'd appreciate being able to improve this entry by adding more information, a list of articles written by my father, further resources, etc. I've held off on these upgrades due to the recent removal. What say you? Paul Fleischman Paulfleischman (talk) 23:15, 7 June 2011 (UTC)
- Wikipedia:Conflict of interest may have been a consideration. (I haven't read it and know almost nothing about it.)
- I am sorry there was no timely reply.
- Beside all other matters, it will help to have a date or approximate date (ca. YYYY) for the photo, which is super.

- And what many pseudonyms did he use? LCNAF (Ext link LCCN) notes Carl March. The list of works includes at least that and Max Brindle. --P64 (talk) 21:58, 17 July 2013 (UTC)
Elegant variation?
[edit]He attended SDSC (section 2.1) and graduated from SDSU ({{infobox writer}}. Is that because there was a name change during the interruption for WWII and aftermath? (We should date the graduation.)
illusionist, magic, stage magic -- We use these three terms for stage magic(ian), if I understand correctly, all of which refer to magic (illusion). We may easily reduce to two, illusionist and stagic magic, or simply stage magic(ian).
