Thanks - in view of your comments, made suggested changes, including insertion of valid and verifiable references. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.47.73.153 (talk) 21:44, 31 May 2015 (UTC) ______ Again, many thanks for the spectacular editing and your hard work on this. Much appreciated. I have (a) added a lead paragraph, (b) removed all laudatory text, (c) used verifiable references mostly from third party sources as best I can (achievements mainly in the 1960-1980s when there was no web!), and (d) added new headings and repositioned text to be more coherent. Please let me know if you need further refinements or if there is anything that is unsustainable (in which case, I will remove those items). Please note that only refs 3, 4, 6, 10, and 28 are his research/scientific articles, with his book as ref 11. The others are all third party references from Indian Institute of Toxicology Research (IITR), World Health Organization (WHO), International Labor Organization (ILO), Government of India and other verifiable sources. With gratitude for helping make this really solid and enduring. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 146.203.126.243 (talk) 19:21, 1 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The supposed references are just a list of his publications dumped at the bottom. There is no indication which facts about his life each supports (unlikely to be any) but they are not independent sources any way. The whole tone of the unsourced article is like a fan page with highly subjective language and opinions Jimfbleak - talk to me? 06:57, 31 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The current version is better, and I've cleaned it up, including adding wikilinks and removing in-text urls. Much of the text is entirely unsourced or sourced only to his own publications, obviously not independent verifiable sources. If his life and work were as notable as they appear to be, there should be third-party sources available. Also needs a short lead section summarising his life.
