Review
[edit]Why C class and not B class?
- B2=no because article is missing an "Aftermath" or "Results" section. The introduction states that the country of Cambodia was subjugated but the narrative only states that Longvek was captured. The article ends abruptly at Longvek's fall. What happened as a result of the capture of Longvek? Did the Cambodians surrender? How long did it take for Cambodia to become independent again?
- The article uses the word "Thai" to describe Ayutthayans. You and I know that Ayutthaya is the south and central part of modern Thailand, but most English-language readers do not know this. A short explanation of geography in the introduction is needed. Djmaschek (talk) 04:38, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
"Cambodia"
[edit]Linking to Cambodia, which covers the modern country, (compared with Ayutthaya Kingdom) seems rather off. I'm not sure if Dark ages of Cambodia would be the proper article to link to though. --Paul_012 (talk) 17:34, 3 November 2015 (UTC)
I'm Cambodian we hope foreigners stop write fake Cambodia history.

- I don't think 19th century journals are as reliable as 20th century books on the subject. But I am no expert of course.--Catlemur (talk) 15:42, 19 March 2024 (UTC)
