Two things: The Starbuck fact is probably made up, so I am going to delete it, second Wyndham and Twin Hickory are in Glen Allen, not Short Pump. Darko28 18:10, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
The Starbucks blurb may be somewhat factual.... if you go by the current amount of starbucks locations in Short Pump, 3 (one in Barnes & Noble, one in the Short Pump Town Center Mall, and one by the corner of Lauderdate and W. Broad St), and the 2000 census of 180, whcih I know is grossly underestimating the current population with all of the subdivisions listed. I also think it owuld be nice to have a brief history section. How Short Pump got its name from an old short pump water spout used by settlers travelling westward, and the fact that Three Chopt road follows an old Native American trail that used to be marked by three notches made in a tree.
The entire neighborhoods section has got to go. It sounds like a badly written real estate pitch. More history is needed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Knothefacts (talk • contribs) 02:28, 21 March 2010 (UTC)
