writing to you about my daughter, she has ptsd and is no longer able to work s advised by her doctor, she has applied for various benefits as she
lives alone, she had to fill out a 28 page document which she needed to submit to her doctor requiring various medical information including medical information from a psychotherapist (which cost us thousands) the doctors have said for the six items of information she requires to be submitted for this benefit she would be charged £100 …. She is not working and I’m now seriously concerned about state of mind, I am raising this issue with you as it’s unacceptable and my daughters health is in serious jeopardy
