[edit]I've re-arranged the introduction a bit, to group the naval equivalents together.
I've edited the Austrian section, to make it easier to follow, though I don't know if the "other ranks" detail lives here.
And I've deleted the Germany and Netherlands sections. The intro is clear enough, they don't use this rank; and exactly the same information is already at the Captain at sea article.
