I wasn't sure how to handle the existing re-direct to the "character of Naruto." I am still fairly new to this Wiki thing, but as I understand it, the other way to do this would have been to create a disambiguation page. I wasn't sure how to do that. It also seemed to me that since the glaze is something that exists in the real world, it ought to be the first thing that a reader is taken to. If there is a better way to do this, edit away! Merge proposal

[edit]

The glaze should be merged with the ware itself. Gryffindor (talk) 22:04, 14 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Merge has been completed. Gryffindor (talk) 18:47, 4 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
No it hasn't! Have you ever read WP:Merge? You're supposed to redirect the merged article to the new one, which I notice you don't do. Then of course the old term needs to be bolded. Johnbod (talk) 03:16, 5 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
To clarify, I meant the content has been migrated. Now it's ready to be merged. Gryffindor (talk) 22:17, 6 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Well I don't think the merge is a good idea. S ware is specific and Japanese, while the glaze can and is used anywhere. Best leave things as they currently are. There was another of your "merges" that did the same thing, I notice - for now I forget which. Johnbod (talk) 02:58, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
No, the contents are together in one place now, there is no need to keep a separate article just about a glaze that not even the Japanese Wikipedia has. Gryffindor (talk) 08:27, 7 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
