Frankie Valli

[edit]

I'm listening to the song right now on live radio 365, and the image and text both say Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, which is how I remember it. 202.179.16.71 (talk) 03:54, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

When it was released back in 1962 as a vinyl single it was (I am almost certain) labelled as just "The 4 Seasons" (sic) in the UK and I think that would be so in the US also. Look here Thincat (talk) 14:39, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Musicological analysis

[edit]

Can someone talk about the musical aspects [tempo, use of falsetto etc.] of the song, please.Kdammers (talk) 11:29, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Soul

[edit]

Is "sherry" is soul? No. It's not. Many articles says it's Rock. It's o.k. Doo-wop?"Sherry"'s vocal style seems like doo-wop. It's......... little o.k. But soul? How can "Sherry" is soul? It has no source. Doo-wop is also unsourced&undiscussed. So i removed two edits. LSM1204 (talk) 01:06, 12 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

“Sherry” parody

[edit]

this is not on the “cover versions” nor “in popular culture” section, but there is a parody of the song “sherry” created by WAFFLE HOUSE. (i wish i was joking) the parody in question is called “there are raisins in my toast” JustinIsTheName (talk) 01:47, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
