lot of Sri Lankan artist information is not available on the internet sites. He is Sri Lankan Film maker and writer. some one can improve this article later. it should not delete

I think it's good if you can keep the article. I saw a short voice cut of shelton payagala in youtube and wanted to check what are the films he has made. So this page was helpful.
