Merge discussion

Proposal: merge Shell star and Gamma Cassiopeiae variable (GCAS), because:

1. Gamma Cassiopeiae variable/GCAS is the variable observation synonym to Shell star,
2. article Gamma Cassiopeiae variable is a stub,
