Proposed deletion tag removed

I removed the proposed deletion tag on this article because I think the topic, or some variation thereof, has a reasonable chance of being notable. The article already has links to substantial coverage from The New York Times as well as a detailed article from Hemmings Classic Car, and Harry Shay's Automotive News obituary notes that project had been the subject of "feature stories on ABC Nightly News and CBS's PM Magazine".
