[edit]Just changed the article to point out that 1) there are many other legal obligations not just shareholder profit (which ties into Shareholder Primacy), and therefore that 2) social responsibility isn't the only potential conflicting interest with Shareholder Primacy.
E.g. in the UK... "Since 1844, successive UK Companies Acts have specified the legal duties of directors as focusing on their company's long term viability, but also include their duty to have regard to the interests of employees and other stakeholders such as local communities and the environment. (source) Or in the US," source
