Name spelling

I suggest that this be renamed to Sharavati. Usage of the 'th' for this consonant is limited to some south Indian usage, and is confusing in all other contexts, including North Indian and non-Indian. Imc 17:09, 28 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I request the name of this page be changed to "Sharavati". "th" in place of "t" is used only in a few southern districts of Karnataka and Tamilnadu state.
