Bad wording?

I'm not sure if this is simply worded badly, but "Urban decay is now visible on the street with many ethnic stores after opening up" sounds as though the "decay" of the street is due to "ethnic stores" opening... I've gone and reworded the entire thing. Almost all the sources I can find talk about the history of the street, so the page is a bit slanted in that direction. Wasechun tashunka^HOWL_TRACK 20:53, 25 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
