Prose: Article is well written and complies with the MOS.
References: Article is thoroughly referenced to high-quality modern sources. There are two occurrences of citation #1 in the lead, I think just one after the parentheses would suffice. Spotchecked refs #1 and #s 9-12. For ref #9, did you mean page 155? On that page in the PDF I see, “Belonging to Hama, queen of Shalmaneser, king of Assyria, daughter-in-law of Adad-nerari," I didn't see the info on page 158.
Coverage: Yes, article seems to cover what is known about this king's reign in an appropriate level of detail, you didn't add extra background info just to pad the article length.
