Accuracy
[edit]This article uses contradictory references. The article (falsely) claims that a shallop is bigger than a dory, and follows it with a cite that points out that some shallops are dories. It states that a shallop is bigger than a dory, and then gives a length of thirty feet, i.e., smaller than some dories. It makes specific claims of capacity for a type of craft whose size could easily vary by a factor of ten.
The essence of shallophood is shoal draft, and a good many boats and even small ships could be described as such. Qwirkle (talk) 00:27, 15 April 2019 (UTC)
