[edit]Shouldn't the title be "Shake Hands with Beef" per Wikipedia's naming conventions, as in Tales From Topographic Oceans becomes Tales from Topographic Oceans, with the lesser word in lower case? There are a lot of song articles like this with this problem... pedantic, I know.--HisSpaceResearch 12:13, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Meanings section?
[edit]Can we get rid of this crap? It sounds like a bunch of original research, especially considering that the one official explanation I remember reading back in the day is not mentioned. Hopefully someone more resourceful than I can find the interview where one of the band members is telling the story about a vegetarian friend who would, once in a while, eat a big, juicy steak, and somebody had the name for it: shaking hands with beef. It could've been BS made up by the band to throw people off, but it sounds a lot more believable than the "shaking hands with someone you have a 'beef' with" idea.
