name

[edit]
  • Shajar al-Durr is the correct name. The name and the title of the article should be corrected . The other name Shajarat al-Durr is not correct name though it is used by commons, but it can not be used in encyclopedia.

Intro/significance

[edit]

The intro seems to underplay her significance. RJFJR 16:39, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Feel free to expand it.  :) Be bold. --Elonka 18:11, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Very poorly written

[edit]

This article would FAIL an English class. It's so poorly written, probably, because it was written by someone whose first language was Arabic and not English. There is also a question about sourcing. Where did the date of Nov 22 come from, for example?Ryoung122 09:34, 9 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Lu'lu

[edit]

article says: ... Badr ad-Din Lo'alo'a the Ayyubid Emir of al-Mousil.... Wrong!. The name most used is Badr ad-Din Lu'lu, atabeg of Mosul (or al-Mawṣil). He was atabeg of the zengids, and of course it was not ayyubid.--88.16.142.62 (talk) 19:22, 19 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
