This page should not be speedily deleted because... (your reason here) --CFP-Zewail (talk) 11:49, 23 August 2017 (UTC) We are the same author for the website https://www.zewailcity.edu.eg/main/content.php?lang=en&alias=professor_shaaban_khalil, where the content was copied. so we own both the website and this wiki page.[reply]

@CFP-Zewail: If you own the material, you need to visit this page(click those words to access) to properly donate it to Wikipedia, and to learn what doing so actually means. It is preferable, though, to have original material here. You use "we" above; please note that per the username policy usernames cannot be that of or represent a group; a username must indicate it is used by one individual. To change your username now, please visit WP:CHU for instructions. 331dot (talk) 11:52, 23 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion

[edit]

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because... (your reason here) --CFP-Zewail (talk) 13:34, 23 August 2017 (UTC) the page has been edited and the content has been changed, and it is not coped now.[reply]

I wonder why this message still appears on top of the page (A major contributor to this article appears to have a close connection with its subject. It may require cleanup to comply with Wikipedia's content policies, particularly neutral point of view.) I removed all the biased sentences from the content and all the points of view that appear now are neutral. The COI tag should only be removed by a independent editor that has examined the article, and not you. 331dot (talk) 11:51, 27 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@CFP-Zewail: The article is still far from neutral. I noticed you haven't responded to the concerns raised on your talk page regarding your username and the conflict of interest. Please do so at your earliest convenience. Rentier (talk) 11:54, 27 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

the CFP is the acronym of the Center for Fundamental Physics at Zewail City and we are the communication team at this center who are responsible of the Wikipedia pages for both the center and its director, Shaaban Khalil. — Preceding unsigned comment added by CFP-Zewail (talkcontribs) 12:05, 27 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please highlight the parts in the article that you see (far from neutral) so we can change them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by CFP-Zewail (talkcontribs) 12:06, 27 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Neutral?

[edit]

@Rentier If you think this article is far from neutral, please highlight the parts you see do not comply with wikipedia content policies, and I will change it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 156.196.23.255 (talk) 18:20, 31 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because this page is the biography of Prof. Shaaban Khalil one of the well known High Energy Physicists in the Middle East. The page just provides a brief about his academic and professional positions and his major contributions to the High Energy Physics field. Also, the references section includes the link to Prof. Khalil page at Zewail City and the other links show the publication list of Prof. Khalil. Therefore, the information provided in the Wikipedia page is highly credible.

Regarding the recent comment concerning citations, we have added links for articles on Dr. Khalil in the External links section, and we have added website links in the References Section. Please remove the comments concerning orphan article and list of references. Please consider that all provided links are valid as they redirect to working websites.

The place to discuss deletion is Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Shaaban Khalil. The "orphan" and "inline" tags are both still correct. Please read what they say, which is not that no sources have been provided. Phil Bridger (talk) 12:34, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
