Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because this is not a duplicate of Mitakeumi. I also created the Mitakeumi page today and used it as a template to create this page. Both Mitakeumi and Shodai are professional sumo wrestlers that recently entered the highest division of sumo and do not yet have english language pages. I have created a page for each of them that links to their Japanese language pages. I intend for either me or others to expand on both of these pages as almost all top division sumo wrestlers other than these two have an english language page. Both are young promising wrestlers and will like be in the top division for many years to come and should have english language pages that can be read by non-Japanese speakers.

[edit]

This page should not be speedily deleted because this is not a duplicate of Mitakeumi. I also created the Mitakeumi page today and used it as a template to create this page, so they look similar, however they contain different information which applies to each man. When I first created this page, I accidentally didnt change Mitakeumi's name from my prior template in the middle of the article but have since corrected that error. Please take a look at each page to see that they are separate men with links to more details Japanese language articles. I am certain that their information will be expanded on in the future as no one yet has likely wanted to create their page. Now that it is there, it will be easier to edit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Khafre78 (talkcontribs) 08:21, 18 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Unclear sentence

"He became the first wrestler since Higonojō in November 2013 to enter jūryō." Clearly something missing here. First to represent Kumamoto prefecture maybe?--Pawnkingthree (talk) 14:01, 28 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
