The Allen Allegation.
[edit]This article is about " cases and accusations of sexual abuse in Hollywood, a neighborhood in Los Angeles, California". But the alleged abuse by Woody Allen took place in Bridgewater, Connecticut, and the subsequent investigations took place in Connecticut and New York. I don't think it should be in an article covering accusations in Los Angeles. Also, Cherry Jones didn't defend Allen, she seems to have taken a neutral stance on the controversy.

Why "reported"?
[edit]Why are the modern cases, even ones with guilty verdicts any more just "reported" than the older ones/ Especially ones with acquittals (even though they were obviously justice perverting outcomes) why is Wikipedia protecting still living abusers. Someone found guilty and being let out on a technicality is no more "reported" than someone getting acquitted due to the times it happened. Regardless of the testimony being thrown out on a technicality or not, someone admitting to putting drugs in women's drinks and having sex with them when they were passed out. That isn't "reported" anymore. That is admitted. 69.116.28.127 (talk) 06:24, 20 February 2024 (UTC)
