Not encyclopedic

"Seth Godin is known for a very visual, personal, and dynamic speaking style that has earned him a large following." This doesn't seem particularly encyclopaedic. WhiteCat 01:28, 11 October 2006 (UTC)

I'm reading his "Purple Cow" book now. The writing styles in this book and the wikipedia article look very very similar... beyond that I'm not making any accusations.220.76.15.114 (talk) 17:29, 2 May 2009 (UTC)

With respect, all this is beside the point. If Wikipedia is in any way a 'Who's Who', which I believe it is, Seth Godin is more than qualified to have an entry. Besides, the information he supplies is of invaluable help to a person setting up a website in order to promote his or her novel. Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, not only of facts, but of personalities^{[citation needed]}; that is the point.Tony Sheppard (talk) 13:34, 27 October 2009 (UTC)
