Kurdish name?

Serdar is a kurdish name,ser means (head,chief,high rank etc) dar,means (wood) but serdar all together means something important and is offten associated with authority and sometimes peace.
But to refer to serdar as a turkish language or just turkish name is totally wrong.If people argue that serdar has been been used in ottoman empire to mean a (commander in chief) this does not mean it is tirkish because ottomin empire was made of many different ethinic groups including millions of kurds.
serdar is amilitary rank in ottoman empire. It olsa uses for "serdar -ı ekrem" for Sadrazam in Ottoman Empire. It shold be expand.--3210 20:40, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
