I do not particularly like the name Serapion fraternity, it is associates with a University dormitory for undergrads that I believe is wrong. I want to discuss a possibility to move the article back. Serapion brothers is a better translation of both of Russian: Серапионовы Братья or German: Die Serapions-Brüder, even if in some Trotsky translation they use Serapion fraternity.

I do not like that 75% of the article about an important literary movement belongs to Trotsky, who IMHO was not a particular authoritative literary critic, but that is a deficiency of the original stub it should be expanded, not the Trotsky part shrinked.abakharev 06:29, 12 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair enough Alex - though I have most often seen Die Serapions-Brüder translated as The Serapion Band and Russian: Серапионовы Братья translated as Serapion Fraternity. But I imagine you probably know better than I do. I think it's legitimate for you to move it back, provided that Serapion Fraternity redirects to the Serapion Brotherhood, so it can be found in either translation. I think that the reference I added to Trotsky should stay at least (even though he's not necessarily a literary authority, he's an important historical figure), and I agree that it'd be better to expand the rest of the article than cut that section.
