Korean text

[edit]

I added Korean text (wiki-linked to the Korean article) for Gasan Digital Complex because there appears to be no English language article for this station. Please do not remove this. I will add further Korean text to the other station names as time permits. 220.76.15.52 (talk) 03:48, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Station names

[edit]

I live in Bucheon and I have watched for 2 years now as they build the station in my neighbourhood. Recent advertising suggests the name of the station will be Sangdong Station (the neighbourhood name) and not Theme Park. The only theme parks nearby are the WaterJoy (swimming) and the Bucheon Intangible Cultural Heritage Expo (BICHE) grounds (the latter is closed 11 months of the year). The Animation Museum and a Circus are under construction. No theme parks worth naming the station that. Also, Bucheon City Hall station appears correct although I cannot vouch for other names. They are currently promising finished in 2010. We'll see (since they were supposed to finish in 2008). Darkpoet (talk) 05:30, 16 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Another note regarding the name of "Theme Park" - it turns out the BICHE, Museum, and Circus, indeed are collectively known as "Theme Park" - although in other countries it might more accurately be referred to as "Exposition Grounds" or something. Darkpoet (talk) 01:53, 14 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Why isn't Line 7 a rapid transit line?

[edit]

I had saw that in the article that Seoul Metro Line 7 is classified as a commuter rail line however in my belief it feels more of a metro line given if treated like any other metro line and does not even share any mainline Korail Lines 2406:3400:31F:AFD0:937:8679:1745:4F38 (talk) 05:25, 25 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
