Teams listing

A couple of issues in the Teams listing; the league website mentions "Schooners Lacrosse Club" which isn't listed in the article, and it doesn't make much sense that a team called "Fort Erie Tigers" would be located in the Region of Peel, because Fort Erie isn't close to Peel Region.
