[edit]None of the mall is in White Rock. There are other malls on the White Rock side of North Bluff, but Semiahmoo is in Surrey.
Curiously, the White Rock firehall still stood on the Surrey side of 16th until the early 90s. This is where RBC Dominion and the Japanese restaurant are now.

Anti-development residents group
[edit]Question: Should an anti-development residents group such as http://semiahmooagainsttowers.wordpress.com/ be mentioned or linked to the redevelopment section of this article? Canuckle (talk) 00:27, 15 June 2014 (UTC)
- I looked at the wordpress link, but all I'm seeing there is internet chatter, along with some pleasant pictures. Perhaps the individuals are established elsewhere as recognized authorities. Is there ongoing coverage from the press? I also looked at http://scdc.ca/project/semiahmoo-centre/, but this may or may not ever be built, so is currently promotional.
