I'm currently investigating the Grupo Português de Produtores e Fonogramas e Videogramas (GPPFV), which served as the authority for music certifications in Portugal prior to the establishment of the Associação Fonográfica Portuguesa in 1989. According to this source, Fábio Jr. received a Silver disc for "Sem Limites pra Sonhar," but I haven't been able to locate any sources detailing the number of copies sold. Until we can gather all relevant information supported by reliable sources, I suggest refraining from adding a certifications table to the article.
