What is a "municipality session"? I'm guessing it's a piss-up, which would make sense in the context, but I'm probably wrong.

Ridley speech

There's some disagreement over whether the article should mention that Ridley inadvertently credited a quote from William J. H. Boetcker to Abraham Lincoln, during the inaugural speech of the group. I am a Third Opinion Wikipedian. I have removed your Third Opinion request from the list of current requests for opinions at the Third Opinion project. The instructions on the Third Opinion project page say, "Before making a request here, be sure that the issue has been thoroughly discussed on the article talk page. 3O is only for assistance in resolving disagreements that have come to a standstill."
