Fair use rationale for Image:SVlogo2.jpg

Image:SVlogo2.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Awful.

This is awful. I don't even know what to make of this-Selena ¡VIVE! (English: Selena Lives!) was a benefit concert which was held on the 10th anniversary of the murder by firearm of Selena. I fixed what I could. I do remember seeing on tv or reading that the concert was the most watched live event ever for Univison. But since I don't speak Spanish, it will be hard for me to find a source. If someone wants to look over the article and help with punctuation,or anything,that would help because I am using a iPad, and it is kind of hard to edit with iPad, at least it is for me.--98.87.91.193 (talk) 01:42, 24 August 2012 (UTC)
