{{Requested move/dated|SEKAI NO OWARI}}
Sekai no Owari (band) → SEKAI NO OWARI – Was formerly at this title but an editor moved it for unknown reasons, the capitalized version is the correct title and there is nothing to disambiguate. I can't move it because the title is blacklisted for unknown reasons. BigPimpinBrah (talk) 20:44, 17 April 2013 (UTC)
- Oppose – per MOS:TM and MOS:CAPS we do not usually adopt vanity capitalizations into WP. Dicklyon (talk) 22:16, 17 April 2013 (UTC)
- Fair enough, I figured it should be capitalized since that's their official name but if policy says not to I'll withdraw the nomination. I still think we can drop the (band) from the title though since there's nothing to disambiguate it from. --BigPimpinBrah (talk) 22:54, 17 April 2013 (UTC)

Poor translation
[edit]This page appears to be a poor translation of something in Japanese. It needs cleaned badly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.182.129.87 (talk) 05:17, 8 April 2014 (UTC)
- Done. I have removed the unsourced and incoherent text apparently added by someone not proficient in English. --DAJF (talk) 05:42, 8 April 2014 (UTC)

The band sometimes re-names songs for international marketing, but a citation is required for any alternate titles.
Ex: Singles
幻の命, "The Life of Phantom" (2010) -- this cannot simply be abbreviated to "Phantom"; the translation is "Maboroshi no inochi", not "Maborishi". The exact English phrase is also used in the final verse of the song lyrics.
INORI, "Prayer" (2011) -- Inori is the word for the noun "Prayer"; this cannot be changed to the verb "Pray" or "To Pray" (Inoru/いのる)
眠り姫, "Sleeping Princess" (2012) -- "Nemuri hime" is specifically designed for "Sleeping Princess", not the English fairy tale title "Sleeping Beauty".
- note: "Sleeping Beauty" is a totally different collaboration track from Sekai no Owari and Epik High released in 2018. [2]
