The article appears to be written from a politically biased viewpoint. No doubt others who are more familiar can edit appropriately.Tt 225 00:25, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
- Please provide a proper explanation. How is it biased exactly? If others don't know (including the first editor, myself) then I and others do not know what is being disputed and why. Otherwise the tag is unproductive and does not help anything. Then add again. Thanks. Khorshid 00:50, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
it called iranian revolutionaries "notorious" -- not allowed to use these adjectives.... they were not notorious to the supporters Canadian (talk) 03:16, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
French?
[edit]Where do people get the idea from that French had an official status in Iran?! And how on earth could it have been the shah's mother tongue??? The man's mother was Iranian, and Persian was the language he learned from childhood, although of course he was also educated in French at the same time as was appropriate for a future king. The bald statement that the ayatollah took over 'with the support of communist militants' is clearly false. I can clearly remember the workers coucils and their supporters being in conflict with the ayatollahs. Street violence between the to groups was acute at one point and the communists were supressed afterwards. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.4.178.129 (talk) 12:50, 14 July 2008 (UTC)

'theocratic regime made by the islamic republic party and communist militant bloc'??? this is utter nonsense and disinformation. Please either provide appropriate reference or delete the sentence —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.211.162.20 (talk) 01:45, 10 March 2010 (UTC)
Secular figures
[edit]It is absolutely wrong to list Masoud and Maryam Rajavi as secular personalities. They are leaders of organization People's Mojahedin which has an Islamic ideology and a harsh practice of it within the organization, please consider to remove their names to make the article more reliable.92.221.200.112 (talk) 20:56, 22 May 2020 (UTC)
