Adler v Ludlam; Adler v Waters
[edit]On 11 July 2018, Justice Gordon heard the return of summons in the High Court in two Common Informer actions by Adler (plaintiff) against each of the former Australian Greens Senators Scott Ludlam (sixth defendant) and Larissa Waters (seventh defendant). Barrister for Adler is Peter King. Numerous issues were raised with the plaintiff granted leave to file further written submissions by 18 July 2018 and the defendants by 25 July 2018. If either case continues, it may develop the jurisprudence on Common Informer actions. I suggest these cases be monitored and considered for inclusion in the Article page.[1] — Preceding unsigned comment added by DCBarrow (talk • contribs) 12:36, 14 July 2018 (UTC)
