Correcting definitions of Secondary Poverty

[edit]

I'm planning to correct the definition of Secondary Poverty to bring it in line with those in Rowntree's Book Poverty and to say it is people whose income is enough for them to be above the poverty line but they spend it on something else so they live below the poverty line. The part of Poverty that deals with this can be read at the External Link to Glasgow University on the Seebohm Rowntree page, follow the link summary and conclusion and look at pages 295 and 296. --Kaly99 18:08, 24 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
