It's clear that Robbie Royal Robertson is Sebastian's dad, and Robbie figures a lot in the article. Sebastin's mother was (is?) Dominique Bourgeois, Robbie's first wife and mother of two more of Robbie's children. As Robbie explained in Testament, she was French Canadian from Quebec, they met in France, and she was an aficionado of poetry. Also, I believe she was some sort of counsellor or psychotherapist in her professional life.
