No References, No Cites
[edit]I added the tags to this article because it needs to have references showing that this is not all original research, and at least some inline citations for wiki standards. I do enjoy the article, being a Seattle native, but references and cites helps prove the validities of the article and are very much needed. Also the gallery might be better used to use one of the pics along with article info to create a infobox. Please try to make this article up to wiki standards, it has a great start, now it needs to be verified! No Original research is allowed on Wikipedia. CrazyRob926 10:47, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
Future renovation?
[edit]Why not turn the Underground into something like Toronto's PATH? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.100.45.171 (talk) 06:26, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
Not a network
[edit]Seattle's Underground City isn't a "network", as currently claimed in. The streets were filled in and raised before the original sidewalks were covered, so underground every block is separate from every other block. There is no way to go from one underground block to the next without returning to street level to cross the street. I can't find an authoritative online reference, so I'm not going to change the article, but I can tell you from several times taking the tour that that's the way it be. The easiest way to describe the underground would be to add soume cross section diagrams. Before the fire and post fire. Additional information also explaining why the street levels were raised would also be helpful. ```` —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jayne Arch (talk • contribs) 05:31, 20 September 2010 (UTC)
Setting For The Night Strangler
[edit]The article doesn't mention that Seattle Underground was used as the setting for the 1973 T.V. movie The Night Strangler. I don't know if it was filmed on location but the movie centers on the investigations of Carl Kolchak who is searching for a killer who may be over 100 years old.It may be relevant to fans of the series.MARK VENTURE (talk) 23:50, 14 February 2015 (UTC)
