Seal versus Arms Suggestion
[edit]The two are not synonymous... This poster contains the arms of the U.S. States, not the seals. So the illustration cropped from the poster, IMO, should not be labeled as the seal of DC but rather the Coat of Arms. FWIW... --Godot13 (talk) 20:59, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
