As I understand it, this genus is assigned as Scyphocrinites in Zenker's original 1833 paper. I know some of the literature, particularly in the early-late 1900s, refers to a "Scyphocrinus", but as far as I am aware, is this genus not Scyphocrinites? My apologies if I am at all out of line here, or there is something I'm missing completely.
