[edit]The interwiki link to german WP is simply wrong, as it goes to the poet Pietro Heliczer, one of the ST-subjects.--Radh (talk) 16:59, 14 September 2010 (UTC)
- @Radh, it's fixed now that there's an English version. Rosekelleher (talk) 19:37, 13 November 2014 (UTC)
Possible additions
[edit]Here is MOMA's list of screen test subjects.
Here are some names from that list that don't appear in this article, but for whom there are articles in Wikipedia. None are famous like Dylan, but presumably they're all notable, if they're in Wikipedia. Some of these are obviously the people who appeared in the screen tests, others could be different people with the same names.
- Charles Aberg - Warhol actor
- Peter Hujar - bio mentions screen test
- Henry Geldzahler - acting for Warhol mentioned in bio

- Richard Schmidt (basketball coach) - probably not the same person
- Bea Feitler - artist, the right age - Warhol not mentioned in bio
- Marian Zazeela - misspelled "Marion" - artist, right age and milieu

- Maureen Tucker - drummer for the VU - that must be her, though her bio doesn't mention it
- Stephen Holden - writer, right age and milieu - Warhol not mentioned in bio - "Steve" in MOMA list
- Zachary Scott - actor, married to Ruth Ford (see above) - Warhol not mentioned in bio
- Joe Brainard - screen test mentioned in bio
- Sterling Morrison - guitarist for the VU - that must be him, though his bio doesn't mention it
- Harry Fainlight - Beat poet, probably him, but his bio doesn't mention Warhol
- Lucinda Childs - NYC dancer/actress - Warhol not mentioned in bio

I'm not sure which ones to include in this article - should it include only the most famous people, or what? And famous to whom? I guess I'll be bold add the ones in bold, and if anyone disagrees, go ahead and undo it. Rosekelleher (talk) 19:20, 13 November 2014 (UTC)
Question
[edit]Did Joe Dallesandro ever do a screen test for Warhol? There's one on Youtube that he did for the Athletic Model Guild, but that was before he met Warhol.
