Edit request from JackShestak, 8 February 2011

Well, this album is coming out in a little more than a month. It has everything confirmed, from release dates (March 23 in Japan, March 28 in France/Germany, March 29 in US/Canada), to recording info, to production/label, as well as info about the first single, which was officially released today. The only official info missing is the tracklist, though we have all two songs that were released already ("Screaming Bloody Murder" and "Skumfuk") and all the working titles. It has been also confirmed that there are going to be 14 tracks, and some track names were also confirmed ("Reason to Believe", "Sick of Everyone", etc). So basically everything except the official tracklisting and order is confirmed and album is out in less than 2 months, and will probably leak in a month, and we still have no page for it and it's locked.
I think this page was vandalized a lot with rumored info and such, but now when we have enough information, someone needs to start this page.
Someone need to unlock editing for this page. JackShestak (talk) 19:44, 8 February 2011 (UTC)
- Suggest you wait until the album is released. In the meantime if you would like to start writing an article in your userspace (e.g. User:JackShestak/Screaming Bloody Murder) it can be moved over when the time comes. — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 15:29, 9 February 2011 (UTC)
- Cool, I'll do it in this userspace then, how do I move it to the actual article when it'll unlock? or how do I request to copy it to the actual article later? JackShestak (talk) 17:36, 10 February 2011 (UTC)

There is already an article for the album, yet the redirect goes to the main Sum 41 page. This should probably be changed. DanielDPeterson (talk) 06:22, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- Hmm, that article has been created over there to bypass the create protection at this title. I've added {{db-repost}}. It was advised in the last AfD to wait until the album has been released. If the article is going to exist it should probably be here and not there. — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 08:44, 17 March 2011 (UTC)
- The other page has now been redirected. — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 09:12, 18 March 2011 (UTC)
Protection Removal
[edit]{{Editprotected}}
This is a legitimate and readily available album by a popular band, it requires its own page, and did have its own page until someone decided to protect the article and redirect it. This needs to be changed. djrussell 14:58, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
I second this. It didn't make since to redirect it in the first place. DrewD007 (talk) 15:36, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
- Okay, as it has now been released it will probably satisfy the concerns of the deletion discussions. Which version is the best to restore? User:JackShestak/Screaming Bloody Murder was written a month ago, or is there a better version somewhere? — Martin (MSGJ · talk) 16:33, 23 March 2011 (UTC)

1 million copies? Really?
[edit]"As of September 2011, the album has sold 36,000 copies in the US[1] and almost 1 million worldwide."
Does anyone have a citation for this? I doubt it has sold 1 million copies. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MisterPod (talk • contribs) 06:04, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
