Confusion over legal status
[edit]The SHR's own official website describes it as a "Non-Ministerial Department", however, the Scottish Government website describes SHR as an "Agency", explicitly differentiating those from non-ministerial departments. --Mais oui! (talk) 04:40, 9 May 2013 (UTC)
