All except one of the references are, indeed, from the inquiry. But this is reasonable, it's an inquiry led by a judge, with a Secretariat ream, a legal team and Legal Counsel; anything stated is effectively by the whole team. Any additional references are merely going to report on, or comment on, what the Inquiry publishes.

On further checking I don't see that the article needs to be rewritten, and have removed the tag. If anyone disagrees, I'd suggest detailed comments on what needs fixing. Best wishes, Pol098 (talk) 12:23, 27 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
