Is Scott Sagan related to Carl Sagan?

Hi All,

I was wondering if Scott Sagan is related to Carl Sagan? Especially b/c they are/were pro-nuclear disarmament. I suspect a number of folks viewing Scott's page would be curious about that as well. Perhaps a line or two in the biography section would be in order. A mention, as in other Biography sections, of Scott's birthplace & the names of his parents. Then a sentence to the effect of 'Scott is the 3rd Cousin (or whatever) of Dr. Carl Sagan' or, if there is no known relation, 'Scott does not have any known familial connection to Dr. Carl Sagan.'
