Intro
[edit]The intro says that "He was one of the best Jewish pitchers in major league history," I don't dispute this, I just wonder why this is relevant at all. I didn't know that there were separate competitions or rules for Jewish baseballers, or that being Jewish had any impact on your career (positive or negative). Is there a good reason to keep this here? Fram 13:39, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
- There are books on Jewish ballplayers. Lists of the best major league Jewish ballplayers, by wins, ERA, games, etc. A major league baseball card set, supported by major league baseball. ETc. Radinsky's notability is in large part that he was one of the best Jewish pitchers. As to whether being Jewish had impact on ballplayers careers, it is clearer that it did with Hank Greenberg and Al Rosen, and with Sandy Koufax and Shawn Green (who sat out Jewish holidays), that with Radinsky. But that is not the point.--Epeefleche 02:51, 22 October 2007 (UTC)
