First gold medal for a non-Russian/ Soviet-team since 1984?
[edit]I saw this sentence: 'It also was the first time since 1984 that a Soviet Union or Russian team did not win the gold medal at the Winter Olympic Games.' I have removed that, for Marina Anissina and Gwendal Peizerat, representing France, won the gold medal on the 2002 winter olympic games. --Robster1983 (talk) 11:59, 23 February 2010 (UTC)

About corrected FD score of 2011/2012 GPF
[edit]According to ISU Judging System - Calculation Program in Dec. 28 2011 their FD score of 2011/2012 GPF is incorrect and should be added more 0.5 points. However, ISU doesn't correct FD and total scores at this point, in Feb. 20, 2012. FD score should be 112.33+0.5=112.83. As the result the Total score is 183.34+0.5=183.84. Do you think you should wait until ISU will correct these scores? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 夢女 (talk • contribs) 20:16, 20 February 2012 (UTC)
- The ISU has acknowledged the mistake in the calculation but did not change the scores, nor is it likely to do so, because the mistake was found too late. The Wikipedia entry should reflect the score that is listed by the ISU; anything else is simply not accurate. Look at the ISU biography - what's listed there (112.33/183.34) is what should go on Wikipedia. I suggest you edit again to revert to the previous version. Virtue/Moir perform their signature lift "the Goose"
[edit]There are two 'signature lift' photos in this article. It would be a good idea to remove one of them.--Brenont (talk) 04:49, 20 February 2018 (UTC)
