In the process of resolving the photograph copyright issues. Just sent an e-mail to the photographer explaining the permission process, and she should be taking care of it soon. I will also add the requested references within the next few days. In the mean time, ff there is any question as to the article's validity, there are plenty of press pieces listed in the "References" section, and Scott is mentioned throughout related Wikipedia pages.
